WI_TEXT Release Code not synchronized with Approver's code

Hi

Would like to know if anyone had this same issue where the correct release code is not reflecting in the Short text (WI_TEXT Field) against the approver's release code?

the scenario: P/R document has been created and has 1 line item and it was fully approved. Later, user decided to add in more items in the P/R Document. In this case, the P/R approval has been reset. We had inserted a simple code that to go back to the last approver to approve the P/R. But in this case, the program reset itself to the first approver instead of the last approver.

Please help.
