Business Process Flows SAP ISU

Dear Gurus,

This is Keerthi and am working for utility client in the UK.  We are designing and developing SAP ISU as their business application.  They have a requirement of developing business process flows (step by step procedure flow chart) for various processes as listed below. If you can provide any reference documents, it would be of great help

1. Manage Master Data (Contracts and BP)

2. Billing and Debt Admin

3. Incoming and Outgoing Payments

4. Reconciliations

5. Helpdesk

Apart from this any inputs on RT easy and BW reports would be highly appreciated
