UWL workflow issues in portal

Hi Guru's,

    I created workfow for loan  application with two level approval and that loan application is custom application created in webdynpro ABAP .

Process Flow.

1.Employee created loan request in portal .Then that request goes to 1st level approval manager  UWL .

2. When 1 st level manager try to open that loan request (workitem) in UWL  manager getting following error .

My SWFVISU Configuration

Note : It is was working fine  in early and now basis did some activity after that only i faced this error  but not sure this issues  is because of basis activity.

Kindly Give me your suggestion resolve this issues ..
