Personal data workflow in ESS

HI Guru's,

        I have to trigger the workflow when the employee change his personal data in ESS  . Then HR Admin received the workitem for approval . If HR approve the change then only the change should be updated into the  relevant infotype. Give me your valuable idea to achive my requirementr.
