I am trying to create a report which would list all the Parked FI documents(VBKPF) and Parked MM documents(RBKP) which have logically deleted workflows by WF-BATCH user against them ie. logically deleted workflows due to some error and not the manually deleted ones, alongwith the Date and Time when it was logically deleted.

My present logic makes the key of the documents using BUKRS+BELNR+GJAHR and passes to SWW_WI2OBJ-INSTID to fetch the latest timestamp record's TOP_WI_ID and WI_ID.
When I put this WI_ID and TOP_WI_ID into table SWWWIHEAD, the particular WorkItem status is shown as COMPLETED instead of being CANCELLED since in the transaction the workflow status is Logically Deleted.
But strange thing is that, in the table SWWWIHEAD there are other WorkItem(WI_ID) entries corresponding to the same TOP_WI_ID which are CANCELLED in status, but the last entry is COMPLETED.
So, my question is, If a particular workflow corresponding to a document in FB03 is logically deleted, how can the status of the last workitem be COMPLETED.
Is there any way to find out the exact status, date, time and User of logically deleted workflows ?
