Advance in the Process after parallel split

Hello Experts,

I am modelling a BPM process, where I  have a parallel split of task into 3 channels(all human activities) and then joining them. Now, I want that if a particular  branch completes its activity, and others are in process(not yet complete), the workflow should allow and move ahead with the process and not wait for other branches to finish.

Do I have to cancel the other task using Force Completion Patterns?

Kindly suggest better way of achieving this.
