Dear expert,
We are using WS18900023 for claims & advance request (ESS) approval. It is working fine. However for one employee Workflow status is completed but Infotype 0267 has not updated. Also when running HRPBSIN_AC_INFU, it is not picking any record to update.
I am checking workflow log, current status is "Completed". However by checking log I can not be sure if it was Approved or Rejected! There is no container element which indicates approval status, is there any way to know if it was rejected??
