Hello Gurus,
I am facing an issue regarding workflow for PO in srm
User says that he has approved the PO but still the message shows in his inbox .
Also when he said that he has approved , I checked in SOST and I can see there the message has been triggered .Just wanted to know why it is not updating in SRM Portal if he has taken the action for WORKFLOW.Is there any FM which helps me to update the Date and time for his action taken.
And also if he has approved then why it is showing in his inbox.
