Experts- Hello,
We have developed a release strategy for PR using workflow. The configuration is all good excepting for "Email Trigger to Outlook / Lotus notes" does not trigger. So in detail when there is a PR waiting for approval I get an email to my business workplace inbox( SBWP) which requests me to release the PR & the same notification does not trigger to my MS outlook / lotus mailbox.
On the other note when there is a PR approved a notification triggers to both of my inbox Business workplace & MS oulook.
Is there any particular setting I am missing out
Any help is much appreciated.
