Auto approval after 7 days in MSS

Hello everyone,

I have got a requirement as mentioned below.

For the leave request in MSS,when the manager is not available,then the

grace period(7days) should be defined in the portal for manager to approve

the leave request and if not approved in 7 days,then should be auto

approved.

Do we have any standard template for it in workflow, if not den how it can be done?
