my requirement is to implement PO Release workflow by using user decision step only.
in my user decision step i have 1. Approve
2. Reject
what are the steps i should follow when it is approved by all users and reject by any one of approvers.
I am just changing Release indicator to 1 when it is approved by all approvers .
Release indicator to 0 when it is Rejected by all any approve .
please guide is it a right way to release using user decision step?
Please tell if there are any standard methods which i should follow for release of PO after Approve or reject.
please guide me.
