Hello Experts
After creating a lead in CRM marketing web UI , I will click on distribute button and in next screen ,I will select ‘manual employee selection ‘ in method button , and enter employee number and click update button.
We are good till this point .
Next, employee should get this lead to his/her outlook email box. To enable this functionality what configuration step I need to complete apart from groupware integration. Can you pls help me to understand ?. is there some workflow needs to be activated ?.
At this point we are not interested in automatic lead distribution.
