Hi Experts,
There is one ECO: 2A-1090221. There are two attachment item in workitem container but showing three. One always come irrelevant of container attachments. If there is no attachment even shows one (HP Engineering Change: ...............21). I want to the source and where this extra default attachment stored and how can I find it, change or delete it.
Now on other hand another ECO: 2A-1089769. In this ECO same two attachments are shown in container but user is not able to see both of them in her inbox (can see only one) and that default attachment same as available for 2A-1090221 (HP Engineering Change: ...............69) is also missing. So user wants all the three attachments in her inbox. I am searching for last two days and done but not found any effective solution. Not able to understood how these are differently available in use's inbox than appear in workitem container.
