Hi Experts,
We are using Solution Manager 7.1 as part of Incident tracking.End users will log into Web UI for ticket related activities.I am having a requirement to trigger the workflow email to selected Sevice desk personnel based on the status change of the Incident ticket in the processing Data tab.
Activity to be performed.
1.End user change the status of the ticket and related details.
2.Once the data is saved by clicking on the save button if the details are successfully saved system will populate the message as Transaction saved.
3.Once after the data is saved system should trigger a workflow and sen the mail with Incident number and status of the ticket.
I have checked the following
1.Enabled the trace and found there is no events triggered in the SWEL.
2.There is no change document flag enabled in the data element in the Status field(TJ30-ESTAT) so cannot make use of change document status.
This UI is based on the BSP application and all the standard BADIs are getting triggered before SAVE button is clicked.Kindly confirm is there any standard configurations which we need to check.
