Purchase Requisitions is not disappearing after approved from the SBWP list

Hi,

when i approved the Purchase Requisitions, it is not disappearing from  business workplace of the manager inbox .

In backend PR Release Strategy is updated as Released.

What could be the mixing configuration here???
