We are facing problem in receiving the WIs in substitute inbox. The issue is that,
There are two active substitues maintained for a user in production & quality environment; But the work item is not going to one of the substitutes whereas other substitute able to receive them.
This issue happened recently and there were no issues reported before. When we checked to retrieve the WIs of the substitute who has problem via SAP_WAPI_CREATE_WORKLIST, it throws 'Error in worklist determination for user #'.
If there is no work item in inbox of user, the FM should return 0 worklist with the message 'Work list created for the user'. But it throws an error which gives doubt for the substitution problem.
I also tried to forward another work item to the same person. Surprisingly, I could see that work item in SWI5 & also in the above FM.
Kindly help to resolve it as we could not get the relevant information about this error & problem of not receiving of WI in substitute inbox.
