Hi Experts,
In an approval workflow , work item is getting delayed to appear SAP inbox sometime. Though the volume is not so heavy but frequent. Please find the screen shoot below.work item created around 9.21 and we received it almost between 11.20-11.30.
Please help to identify root cause for the same. Thanks in advance .
