Capture Rejection Reason of user decision step from out side the workflow

Hello All,

I have a scenario where the workflow approval/rejection can be done in 2 ways.

1. Approve/Reject using the workitem in SAP inbox

2. Approve/Reject from a custom program.

I have an issue in the second scenario - Rejection from a custom program.

I am able to reject the Workflow from custom program but I am not able to capture the rejection text.

The Rejection reason needs to be sent in an email to the user.

I am using the FM "SAP_WAPI_DECISION_COMPLETE" to reject the workflow.

Kindly provide your inputs.
