Problem with workflow transport

I've discovered a problem after transporting a workflow to production system. For some steps in this workflow I used BOR-object type REPORT with method CREATELISTOBJECT. In binding I needed to specify the SBWP folder ID. I used folder ID from development system. After transporting it does't work.

I tried to specify folder ID from production system in development system, then I can't activate the workflow because of errors:

In production system I can't make changes. Is there any way to specify folder ID correctly?
