Excude agents in loop not going forward

Hi All,

I am  Designing a workflow ,in that app rovers are comes  from the table ,  number will  be 4 or 5.

in the approval step i am given excluded agent as wf-initiator ,it is not appearing in his inbox ,but the workitem not going further,my requirement is 

it should continue the process by excluding that agent alone

please suggest is there any options to achieve this requirement.
