Delegation Work Item Issue

Hi Expert,

I am facing issue in delegation process.

Let me explain the issue

1) Employee 1

2) Employee 2

If Employee 1 delegate to Employee 2, All the work Item will be move to Employee 2(On Behalf of and All Items in UWL). When Employee 2 Open the work Item(Employee 1 Delegate Work Item) and without performing any action close the window the Work Item is moving to Employee 2 (My Items) and Disappearing in (On Behalf(Employee 1)). When open and check in Employee 1 UWL it is dis appearing. It is moving from Employee 1 to Employee 2.

Please guide me what could be the issue.
