Good Day.
I have created a class based workflow to trigger mails to external mail id. When I execute the WF standalone then everything works fine. I am also triggering this workflow from a report. When I execute this report, it sends mails recursively. I could see thousands of mails in SOST. All the work processes are occupied by WF-BATCH user. I have to lock this user to stop the mails. When I unlock, again the mails start coming.
Can someone please let me know if there is something that needs to be done to avoid this?
