PO Release srategy Worflow issue

Hi ,

We are facing an issue in SAP MM- Release strategy workflow wherein when we release any PO,  It only sends the Release notification to the SAP
Inbox of the User who is creating the PO and not as per the PPOME structure at every level of release. We checked on the user exit
which  gives  the positions ID for all the responsible persons as per the PPOME structure defined and it works fine. But when it comes to pick the
user name from that Position ID proposed by User Exit- it doesn’t work and all workflow emails gets trigger to the same SAP ID who created the purchase order only every time..

Please suggest or point us in the right direction, where this issue could be ?
