Hi Workflow Experts,
There is an issue in mail triggering from workflow. Actually there are 3 levels to approve the PO, After 3rd release approval, workflow triggers a final mail. This mail triggering is the final step in workflow. Now the problem is, No mail triggered after workflow released. Can someone guide me what could be reasons for not triggering mail after workflow released.

2. But for the particular PO this final step is not displaying as below screenshot:
So can anyone pls guide me the steps to check why the email is not triggered after released. Many thanks in advance.
