Hi Experts,
I have an issue in which i have forwarded work items of few Purchase Requistions to a user. I can see the workitems in SWI5. but he is unable to find the work items in his inbox SBWP.
This user has all the required authorizations to approve PRs. I am not sure why this is happening. I have attached a screenshot also. Can anyone please let me know what are these signs appearing in front of his name ? Please refer to the screenshot.
I have forwarded the workitems from the 2nd agent to the 1st agent. but these signs are appearing in front of only 1st agent. these signs are not appearing in front of the name of the second agent
