Decision note title S:WZ:197 prefix

All,

I have a standard SAP workflow decision step in my workflow. I have set the Decision note to Mandatory:

When I execute the task, I get the popup for the note. But the text does not make any sense..

The title is in German, the title has a S:WZ:197: prefix which I don't want!

Does anyone know why this is and how I can correct this? I can't find a note or anything on the forum.

We are on SAP ECC 6.0
