WF_INITIATOR does not exist and cannot run my normal WF

Hi Gurus,

I'm running an LIT WF and its giving me a message that my Container Element "INITIATOR" does not exist, How do I get it back, please provide the specific steps and the area where I need to start it.  The WF is the WS90000012.
