List of agents to whom a user forwarded his past workitems

Hi,

Is there any table where i can find the list of agents or users to whom a person has forwarded his workitems in the past(say for the last 6 months)?

Or is there a function module available for the same purpose?

I need this information for a mobile application i am developing with a forward functionality. We want to show the list of agents to whom the person previously forwarded to, so that he does not need to search again every time.
