Demo workflow: Result of agent resolution does not agree with agents of task

Dear all,

I am trying a sample Worflow WS30000015 Process notification of absence using tutorial.

step1. Created sample Organization Plan: Manger-01 is the chief, and Team-01 is a team member.

step2. Trigger the demo workflow.

but after saving/sending this, the Manager-01 is not getting any workitem for approval.

when i checked in team-01 outbox, it is present, and showing the error : Result of agent resolution does not agree with agents of task

Apart from maintaining manger-01 as cheif of the organization, do we need to make anything more, to make sure this demo workflow WS30000015 picks maneger-01 as the agent for approve step.
