SAP CRM Workflow: Forward Worklist to New Agent in T-code SWIA

Hi Frds,

I am new to workflow. I stuck in a sistuation . In T-code  SWIA we have a option to forward worklist to another User.  so i need to update the workflow container table whenever a worklist forward to another Agent.

For this i am looking some event or BADI. so that on triggering i will update my container table

Please suggest.
