Email title 50 character limit

Hello,

I have an issue with emails sent directly from workflow using SELFITEM->SENDTASKDESCRIPTION

I've searched this forum and found the blog by Eddie

Remember that 50 byte limit on emails from workflow?

I've activated Long Mail title in transaction SWPA and when I look in transaction SOST the email titles are still truncated.

Is the issue that SOST only shows truncated email titles?

Also when I save the data in transaction SWPA, I get a message"Background job SWF_CNT_FACTORY_SHMEM_UPDATE scheduled successfully",

I have searched for the background Job mentioned and it doesn't exist.

Does anyone have idea why this is not working?
