Workflow for cv02n

Hi Experts,

I have the problem in the workflow for CV02n.

Depnding on the creator, we are maintaining the employee dept and dept head in the ztable.

Once creater change the status of the document it has to go for the approval of the dept head.

I have created the Business object ZDRAW for DRAW business object to add the metod( Fetch the dept head)

Now i want to trigger the business object ZDRAW using BADI DOCUMENT_MAIN01.

Without commit work  the event is not triggering DOCUMENT_MAIN01, id i use the COMMIT WORK

it is going for dump.

I have search for the exit, but i am not abel to find the exit.

So how to trigger the enahance the exit to trigger workflow.
