I have configured the workflow to allow email notification to be sent to both the SAP inbox as well as the outlook email. The configuration I've made is through the program RSWUWFML2 with a notification for only new work item. I've checked interms of the RFC connection and it's setup the same as DEV and QAS and same goes with the workflow in which I activated and configured WS20000077, WS65400029, WS20000075 and WS65400030. Now I've tested the same configuration and tested it out with success in both the DEV and QAS.
But when in Production, the workflow is triggered to the business workplace (SBWP) in SAP but unfortunately not sending any emails out to external mail (e.g Outlook, GMAIL). I've checked SOST, there's not even a work item stating email is sent out. And I checked the workflow itse'f (PFTC, SWUD, SWI1, SWETYPV) all seems fine. Even the program RSCONN01 has been configured and run automatically by Basis. Is there something I'm missing here? Need help
