Leave Request Rule Error

Hi everyone ,

A002 maintained position send workflow approval to the maintained user A002 ,

A002 not maintained position do not send approval or do not allow employee to create leave request saying that your id is not maintained with approver .

For the above requirement i am using the standard rule 168 , binding for rule to workflow .

but the above logic is failed , it is not going to the approver inbox let me know any changes required in this ..
