Hi All,
I have created an activity step in my workflow for which i have created a Latest End Deadline which is a modeled deadline for 1 minute. If within a minute the user doesnt approve it should get escalated to the next person.
On checking the graphical workflow its displays as (no Agent) Ready.However in workflow log in 'agent' column the user name is present.
But the issue is that the deadline is not getting completed even after a minute and the workflow is stuck.However on checking the workflow in swia the workflow is getting completed but after 3 hours.
Why the dealine is not getting completed within a minute as seen in the deadline tab of technical workflow log?
