Authorization issues when release the PR Via workflow

HI All,

      In our workflow scenario we have 2 level of approval for releasing Purchase Requisition .First level can able to release the PR and 2nd level approver got popup error message while  trying to  release the PR .That error screenshot is,

Note : This is Production issue help me to resolve this problem .
