Prefix from one client to another

Hi Experts,

How do we move, prefix number from one client to another client? It doesn't allow to create same number for different client. I have used tried to transport tasks through RE_RHMOVE30  but it doesn't come to another client as prefix number doesn't exists.

I have prefix settings as follows:

Entry for ECQ and Production created recently and it doesn't have green signal which is available for ECD.

Appreciate your guidance on this.
