I want a help on calling the transaction CC02 within Parallel processing step in workflow.
I am using Parallel processing step (Block step) to send a user decision step to multiple users at the same time and this process will be completed once all the users completed their decision.
User decision step contains three decisions Approve, Reject, Edit ECM. Here I am facing the problem with third decision Edit ECM, I am using Edit ECM option to call transaction CC02 (Created a custom method in the BO ECM to call CC02). ECM is displayed correctly in change mode(CC02) when only one user choose Edit ECM at a time, But If more than one users choose Edit ECM simultaneously , only one user can see the ECM in change mode and other users are not directed to the initial screen of CC02 and the user decision step is disappearing from SAP inbox.
(Note : I am looping the user decision step once the user comes of the transaction CC02 so that user can get their user decision step again in their inbox)
In this case users except the first one who can we see the ECM need to be directed to CC02 and should get the error message as the ECM is locked the user who locked it first. Please help me to get this done.
