Dialog workitem to Wrong Agent (WF-BATCH)

Hi Guy's,

I need a suggestion to fix the WF problem.

In my workflow, sometimes work items are going to WF-BATCH user id instead of the actual assigned agents. This is happening occasionally. Here is the example to give a clear picture.

Example:

In my workflow, Agents are A, B for the workitem 99999. Workflow is sending the workitem to these users most of the times, but sometimes by default it is sending it to WF-batch user instead of the actual users.

These two agents are stored in a container element, in the workflow log i can see these users in the container element but the workitem is going to WF-batch user id ( 5% of workflows are facing this problem).

I am unable to trace it to the exact problematic point.  Plz suggest...
