i have a requirement like when a article creates (MM41) or in in CRM system and GLOBE system the inbound idoc/bdoc comes to reatail system. when ac data creates in retail system through idoc/bdoc then i want to trigger a workflow.....
how to handle this kind of situation.
please help me..................
