Hi Experts ,
We need help in workflow issue. Below are the details:
1. We have custom workflow in which user has an option to enter to whom the workitem should be routed.
2. Here user can enter the ID of specific user to whom item should be routed.
3. In most of the cases this works fine.
4. But sometimes we face issue with this as container is not getting set with the ID entered in the screen. This happens very rarely , this is not the case always. the occurence of this issue is only 5 % . So we are not able to pinpoint the reason behind the container not being set with correct value as this is not happening always. Only few cases.
Also how to check why container was not set ? Is there any custom solutio we can implement like check whether container is set or not set , if NOT then again try to set like this?
