PERSDATA Marital status changed record locking

Hi all,

Required. When marriage status changes we want to lock the record and start a verify WF.

I see the event "maritalstatuschanged" triggered but no lock on record. I looked in SWEHR3 and have my entry.

What am I missing?

Config change or ABAP exit?
