User Decision step not working in workflow

Hi All ,

                 I can not execute decision step as on clicking work item in SAP inbox for

                 user decision blank screen is displayed.

Inbox

On executing work item blank screen is displayed.

Is it related to authorization or some thing else.

I checked it in production it was working fine previously but now its not working even in production environment.

Decision task is in READY or IN PROCESS state

Is it with some authorization issue or some thing else.

Kindly revert ASAP as its quit urgent.
