Will BO contain whole data maintained via business transaction ?

Hi,

Will Business Object  contain the whole entered data of a particular transaction ?

Eg: I am using BUS1001006 for Material related workflows. MM01 is having so many fields, so the BO will capture all the data of MM01?

when I want to check some field values and want to put a condition for some fields, I am unable to see that fields in the BO level like TEMP.CONDITIONS  of "Plant data / stor.1" tab

and

in SWEL, no business object is triggering for Vendor creation through XK01 tcode.

Please advice.
