I don't currently have access to the default trace logs for this issue so I am just asking whether anyone else has experienced similar.
We have a process, running on CE 7.20 SP3, which has a human activity which is completed via an Adobe Offline form.
In our situation, the user is submitting the form to the BPM and nothing happens. They retry submitting and receive the error email saying it has already been submitted. However the process does not continue, and there is nothing in manage processes about receiving the form or an error with the data etc. I assume that there is some other part which is controlling the sending of the email saying the form has already been submitted since the process doesn't seem to be aware of this. Has anyone seen this and if so did they solve the issue?
