I'm only a normal user, and not the the expert in SAP at all,
but I would like to learn it.
I'm trying to setup a report to monitor the PR workflow process/status.
(the workflow is already setup, tested and completed.. done by the programmer/expert)
To share, the workflow is base on amount limit and base on overall release.
Depend on the amount of the PR ,some of the PR will need 5 approvals
and the last guy will do the final releasing
Below is the field that I would like to have in the report
1. PR No
2. PR Line No
3. PR Created Date
4. 1st Level approval code/agent/user name (where possible and if exist already)
5. 1st Level approval date (if exist already)
6. 2nd level approval code/agent/user name (where possible and if exist already)
7. 2nd level approval date (if exist already)
.
.
until 5th level of approval stage (where possible and if exist already)......
To add the "sad" thing on my limitation, the tool that I have in hand in only SQVI (since i'm only a normal user)
which I think I can manage if I know which table to use to generate above field
(I'm great with Excel, so it will be no problem, If i need to "vlookup" the data fetched)
