Hi Experts ,
We need help in workflow issue. Below are the details:
1. We have custom workflow in which user has an option to enter to whom the workitem should be routed.
2. Here user can enter the ID of specific user to whom item should be routed.
3. In most of the cases this works fine.
4. But sometimes we face issue with routing like item gets routed to other person instead it should be routed to the ID entered in the screen.
5. The workitem gets routed to other person in same organization ID in PPOM.
We checked if the user ID entered in the screen is part of the correct organization ID or not and we found entered ID is correct and part of the correct PPOM org. ID..
We are not able to find root cause of this issue.
Please help.
