I am facing a issue in workflow.
We have a workflow on VK11 for pricing/rates with release strategy - Blocked(B) when user creates new rates in VK11 and the rates gets approved by the approval (status changed to 'R' released for pricing') by mail in SBWP, issue is related to the rates not getting updated sometimes (once a 15 days or so, nothing specific for any customer or anything checked and found ok) otherwise workflow is triggering correctly and when the workflow is not working correctly it leaves the rates as Blocked and not released for pricing even the mail to the approval is going correctly and is approved ,the table is not updating and not changing the status from 'B'-Blocked to 'R'-Released, otherwise no issue at all, kindly suggest what might be the issue with it.It just happens occasionally.
Its also working fine on QAS and DEV Servers , no issues reported while creating same scenario on DEV and QAS, if we deletes the rates and reenter it its working fine, but the business gets affected during the issue.
Kindly suggest how to resolve the issue...
