Hi,
after the latested end deadline is reached workitem is getting removed from approver's UWL and the new agent is showing as "Workflow system" when monitoring from SWI1.
we have only deadline monitoring active just for showing the due date in UWL but no modeled action is active to send the obsolete workitem to other approver .
what could be the possible reason.
