I have already opened a conversation for the same subject but it wasn't in the appropriate forum.
So, I will ask again for help about this issue and I hope that I will find some hints to solve it with your help.
It is related to the field "Substitute for" in SBWP transaction.
When the user goes to his business workplace, this field is empty even if the substitution is active in table HRUS_D2.
The user needs this information in order to distinguish for whom he is processing each workflow because he is the substitute for several users.
And the user is not a recipient of the task himself. So he receives the workflows only as a substitute.
Any idea about how to solve this problem?
